MSSPs capabilities
Parent-Child Hierarchy
MSSP parent account manages child tenants. Each child has isolated policies, analytics, and Greywall.
Per-Tenant Billing
Track query volume per tenant. Bill clients based on their usage. Export billing reports.
White-Label Block Pages
Custom block pages per tenant. Client's logo. Client's messaging. Client's redirect URL.
Centralized Policy Templates
Create policy templates at the parent level. Deploy to child tenants with one click. Override per-tenant.
Per-Tenant Greywall
Each tenant's Greywall is completely isolated. Client A's baseline never affects Client B's review queue.
API-Driven Management
REST API for tenant provisioning, policy management, and analytics. Automate client onboarding at scale.
How MSSPs deployment works
Point DNS. See traffic. Set policy. Every step takes minutes, not months.
Create Parent Account
Set up your MSSP account with Securd. Access the multi-tenant management console.
Provision Client Tenants
Create child tenants via console or API. Each gets isolated DNS, policy, Greywall, and analytics.
Apply Policy Templates
Deploy standardized security policies across clients. Customize per-tenant as needed.
Monitor and Bill
Centralized dashboard for all tenants. Per-tenant usage metrics. Export billing data.
Why Securd for MSSPs
True tenant isolation
Not just separate policies, separate Greywall baselines, separate analytics, separate audit trails.
API-first architecture
Automate everything: tenant creation, policy deployment, usage reporting. No manual portal clicking.
Per-tenant MSSP pricing
MSSP plans are priced per tenant and pool events, storage and forwarding at the parent. The per-tenant rate declines by tier.
Per-tenant economics
Each client is a tenant compartment with its own policies, agent identities, logs and first-seen baselines. The annual platform fee includes a number of tenants; additional tenants are added at a per-tenant rate that declines by tier. Events, storage and forwarding pool at the parent, and agents and users are unlimited inside that volume.
You set the resale price
One known rate per tenant, no per-user or per-agent charge to pass through. The margin on the line item is yours.
Growth beyond the plan
Tenants beyond the included count are added at the per-tenant rate. Pooled events, storage and forwarding above the allocation are billed at the add-on rates on the pricing page.
Global lists
Parent block and allow lists publish into every tenant compartment. A verdict from your SOC applies across the customer base on the next publish.
Evaluate Agent DNS with your own agent traffic
Deploy on a single policy in learning mode and review the results with your security team.
